Lifetime friendships

Cretan farm, Greece
Mixed sheep bells and goat bells plus home-made crooks in a Greek village on Crete. The farm has been in the family for countless generations. This may be the last. The current farmer is the son of a man who sheltered my father-in-law during WWII, who was an Australian POW on the run. The friendship and connection is now also handed on through the generations, our children are also friends with the old man’s grandchildren.
