This photo perfectly represents the theme of renewal. Despite attempted human intervention through the use of a now rusted and degraded man-made tool, in this case a shovel, nature has reclaimed the area to such an extent that the tool has virtually disappeared and the bird has been so comfortable in this renewed environment that it uses it as a perch.
