Haemochromatosis International were interested to hear about Diseasemaps recently. Diseasemaps is a web based idea, with a mission to help people with chronic and rare diseases and other syndromes and conditions and spread awareness about them. They aim to connect people using maps, to show people who suffer them that they are not alone. What a great idea!
